Crafting a Tailored Strategy for Maximum Impact
We first did a full Audit and analysis of their social media accounts and an SEO Audit. We then moved on to a competitors analysis to highlight any nearby competitors. We then did research on their target market demographics. By having all of this information, we created 2 strategies.
- 1 short-term strategy for the next 6 months highlighting the biggest factors we need to address.
- 1 Long-term strategy for the next year.
We had to create 2 different strategies as we were approaching the low season for Thailand and had to adapt.
How We Did It
Social Media Marketing: 4 content Pillars. Showcase the history of the hotel and the location of the old city. Showcase the unique aesthetics of the hotel. Showcase the activities to do near the hotel. Showcase the food. These were the pillars that we based our content on. Europeans want to experience the authenticity of Thai Hospitality and architecture so that is what we gave them.
Social Media Ads: We created social media advertising campaigns targeting Europe. We created videos to show off the entire property and increase the engagement by sending interested guests to our social media page. This would be the first step in getting the potential guests to learn about the hotel.
Google ads: We created a google ads campaign to boost website traffic and reservations.
SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize on-page content with relevant keywords, ensure local SEO by optimizing Google My Business and using location-based keywords, implement technical SEO improvements, and drive traffic through social media integration.
