Sorn: A Historic Achievement in Michelin Stars Thailand 2025
Located in Sukhumvit Soi 26, Sorn Bangkok redefines Southern Thai cuisine in a fine-dining format. The restaurant uses high-quality ingredients sourced from local communities throughout Southern Thailand. Chef Ice – Supaksorn Jongsiri and his team masterfully combine traditional culinary techniques with meticulous presentation, ensuring each dish exemplifies perfection.

Sorn first appeared in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2019, earning one Michelin star, and was promoted to two Michelin stars the following year.
